Electronics Department
ENDÜSTRİYEL understands the needs of its customers and offers solutions that fully meet these needs, thanks to its design discipline dating back to 1988 and its design approach that is in close contact with our customers. INDUSTRIAL ELECTRIC, which constantly improves itself in a certain design discipline and production technique from documentation to production and has the necessary equipment in this regard; It is the factory with the most advanced equipment and production techniques in the region in the design and production of all kinds of SMD and TH electronic cards. Our electronics department consists of R&D, SMD typesetting, manual typesetting (TH/DIP), conveyor pot soldering and card testing units.

Electronic R&D Studies
In our department’s R&D; Electronic circuits that provide the functions and standards required by our customers are designed, samples are prepared, necessary laboratory tests are carried out and they are made ready for production. If our customers want to adapt their TH (DIP) component-dominated electronic circuits to SMD components, we help their products achieve optimum features in terms of production, cost and technology by designing materials and PCBs.
Likewise, within the scope of our R&D activities; Highly technical studies are carried out on new project design, PCB drawings, prototype construction, improving the existing design and making it suitable for production.
Our R&D department has device equipment that can make all kinds of necessary measurements. PCB design of electronic circuits designed by our customers is made. Our customers are informed by checking the PCB designed electronic circuits for their suitability for production.
Electronic Card Production
All components required for card production are checked for quantity, value and suitability in the preliminary preparation section before production and delivered to production.
Our electronic card production line, which we have at INDUSTRIAL, has automatic optical control (AOI) systems, and all SMD production is done with modern and fully automatic machines. A FIFO (first in, first out) system is used in our stocks and the solderability and performance of our components are regularly checked to ensure high quality production continuity.
Testing and Control
All components, values, soldering and soldering directions on the card, which is typed with automatic machines, are optically checked on the AOI machine.
INDUSTRIAL has all the necessary technological equipment for testing and control. If a healthy production process is ensured, problems that may arise later can be detected and resolved in a much shorter time.
Each card produced is tested first on ICT and then on FCT test jigs. Our products are tested in climatic rooms at extremely high and low ambient temperatures to identify their weak points.
In order to improve its testing capability, INDUSTRIAL aims to increase its proficiency with automatic machines with EC and TA testing technology and invests for this. With this technology, the values, tolerances, directions of all components on the card, and all material, PCB and production problems that may prevent the operation of the card can be detected automatically and untouched in a short time.
Material Supply
In addition to supplying PCBs, screens, missing components or supplying complete components, supplying device boxes or completely redesigning them for our customers’ requests, we can also supply products such as special purpose cables, cables, labels, boxes, etc.
SMD Typesetting
SMD typesetting and soldering of all kinds of electronic cards are carried out in accordance with IPC standards and in controlled environments. In addition to providing rapid and high-quality solutions to our customers with our typesetting capacity of 25,000 components per hour, we also provide prototype production services for SMD typesetting.
In SMD typesetting, soldering is carried out with or without lead, according to customer demand. Our SMD Typesetting line is capable of typesetting PCB sizes ranging from 25×25 mm to 400×300 mm and with a thickness of 0.5-3.5 mm. SMD typed PCBs are baked in our reflow oven, which has 5 heating zones whose temperatures can be adjusted independently from room temperature to 300 °C, with a temperature accuracy of ±0.5 °C and a PCB temperature deviation of ±1 °C. With this technology, SMD strings can be made in the most appropriate way to the required temperature recipe.
SMD typesetting and baked PCBs are examined one by one under special high-resolution microscopes to detect any errors related to the production process. The faulty PCB is taken into revision and the error is corrected.
INDUSTRIAL is the only company in our region with the most advanced equipment and production techniques in SMD and DIP typesetting.
PCB Design PCB, that is, printed circuit board, found in all electronic devices, provides electrical communication between the electronic components to be mounted on it. The paths on the surface of the printed circuit board are obtained through various stages and the legs of the electronic elements are soldered to this surface. The back part of this surface, called the solder surface, is the component surface. ENDÜSTRİYEL carries out PCB designs in line with customer requests. Each PCB whose design is completed is tested with prototype production, and after its validity is confirmed, it is produced by approved suppliers and all necessary tests are carried out. At INDUSTRIAL, printed circuit (PCB) designs are made from the schematics of the electronic circuits currently used by our customers and they are made ready for production upon request. Likewise, an exact open circuit diagram can be prepared from electronic cards that do not have a circuit diagram but are in working condition. PCBs produced in our facility can also be manufactured as single-faced or double-faced. Manual Typesetting (TH/DIP) Nowadays, electronic board designs increasingly consist of SMD components. Advantages such as the risk of copying, rapid production, speed and accuracy of quality control and testing processes direct the trend towards SMD components in the sector. Despite this development in the sector, TH components (legged elements) still maintain their density in designs. TH/DIP typesetting is preferred for components with large power rates and capacitance values that are not possible with automatic typesetting systems and must be installed manually, and in some cases it even provides a price advantage. In INDUSTRIAL, manual typesetting is done with or without lead, according to customer request.
