Pasta Factories Automation Systems
With this PCL – SCADA type automation application developed by ENDÜSTRİYEL for its pasta production customers, every process in pasta production is controlled automatically.
The main goal is to ensure that the system is managed.
With this developed application, a number of processes such as the most rational control of the pasta production process, planning of production stages, control of production stages, instant and retrospective monitoring are now carried out with these SCADA and operator panels, called HMI (Human Machine Interface), which provides communication between humans and machines. .
With this system, many factors such as all kinds of sensors, all kinds of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, motors, motion and position controls, robots, reporting, power units (MCC) remote controls that may be required in the entire production process are now under the control of this automation application.
When this automation application is put into operation, the instantaneous data of the machines in the system (current, amount of product passing per unit time, weight, temperature, etc.) are monitored realistically, instantly and backwards on the SCADA screen.
