Electro Valve Controlled Mechanical Flowmeter

Electro Valve Controlled Mechanical Flowmeter

  • The Electrovalve controlled mechanical flow meters transmit the information received while the wheat is flowing to the flowmeter device due to the capacitive sensor attached to the goods entry apparatus placed at the entrance of the forced tempering machine,
causing the electrovalve to open and start the flow of water.
  • Due to the flow ball inside the flow glass, the number of litre/litre required to pass per hour is adjusted by the inlet valve. The numbers on the flow glass determine the minimum lower level and maximum upper level and show the litres/litre per hour of flow. For example, if 50/500 is on glass, it means that at least 50 litres/litres of water passes per hour and at most 500 litres/litres.
  • Types of flow in glass.
  • 15/150 – 30/300 – 50/500 -100/1000 -150/1500
