Air-controlled mechanical flow meters, thanks to the capacitive sensor attached to the goods entry apparatus placed at the entrance of the forced tempering machine, transmit the information received while the wheat is flowing to the flow meter device and start the flow of water by opening the air valve.
Thanks to the flow ball inside the flow glass, the number of Liters/Liters required to pass per hour is adjusted from the valve at the inlet.
The numbers on the flow glass determine the minimum lower level and maximum upper level and show the Liter/Liter flow per hour. For example, if a 50/500 glass is installed on the flow device, it means that at least 50 Liter/Liter and maximum 500 Liter/Liter water passes per hour.
In addition, this model of our device is also used in hot water flows and provides water flow up to a maximum of 30°.
