Turbine type ventilated bag filling machine is used for packing the products at medium and high
density in ventilated craft-polyethylene bags. It offers the most suitable solution for packing fine
and ground products with medium and high density fluidity.
The dosing system of ventilated filling machines can be of different types, depending on the
characteristics of the material being bagged. All the process is automatic after the bag is inserted
into the filling port by the operator. The filling speed of the machine may vary depending on the
product density and fluidity. Thanks to its rotating structure, it offers high-capacity operation
performance. It automatically adjusts the lower buffer height according to bag size.
The pneumatic mechanism in the filling mouth fixes the bag. The system performs the bag filling
process according to the set amount (target material) determined by the user. The mixture in
the machine reservoir is filled by means of the turbine drive and air supplied into the hopper by
moving the mixture to be packed into the hopper. It makes continuous precise weighing thanks
to electronic featured weighing unit with loadcell and fast / slow filling system and also weighing
,n the mean time.
It has a structure that adjusts the filling process according to the amount of weight to be packed
and carries out the precise filling in this number and is of a speed control system which slows
down as the desired package weight is approached. For example, when we set 25 Kg target filling,
weighing slows the turn speed of the tribune when we reach 24,700 gram and catches up to
the highest sensitivity. Turbine nails are made from Hardox material. There are also two speedregulating
valves which control the air supplied into the reservoir. After filling is completed, the bag
is automatically tilted onto the conveyor belt.
