This automation solution is an automatic project which
automatically realizes the process of dosing the raw materials
which are necessary for the PVC profile and pipe productions and
then mixing them in the mixers and sending them to the injection/
extruder machines.
By means of such solution, it is ensured to weight the required
dosing recipes sensitively and sending them to the mixer for
mixing.
The first stage in the production of the plastic profiles and pipes
is sensitive dosing and sealing of the raw materials and additives
according to a certain recipe. In case these transactions are
carried out manually, then the energy and raw material losses
increase and the human-dependant failure rate increases.
In our this automation solution, it is ensured to initiate the system
properly and automatically without any need for the operator
to wait in front of the system, the automatic dosing of the raw
materials which are necessary for the PVC profile and pipe
production is realized and performed and it is mixed in the mixer
and then sent to the injection machines.
